microdrama is a virtual studio for AI vertical fiction, based at Beit El 4, Tel Aviv, Israel. You can reach us at hello@microdra.ma or +972 54 458 4618.

Scope, deliverables, timelines and prices are defined per project in the relevant proposal, checkout page, or written agreement. Anything not listed there is out of scope until agreed in writing.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). Production begins after payment is confirmed. Prices are stated per package and, unless noted otherwise, exclude applicable taxes.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated at purchase. Because production starts immediately and work is custom-made, amounts covering work already performed are non-refundable. Requests to cancel should be sent to hello@microdra.ma and will be handled in line with applicable consumer protection law.

You keep ownership of the brand assets, footage, and materials you give us. On full payment you receive the usage rights to the final delivered videos as defined in your agreement. microdrama retains ownership of its own original IP, templates, workflows, and of the underlying project files, and may showcase delivered work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Our productions use generative AI tools. You confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights and that you have the consents needed for any person, voice, or likeness included in it.

Services are provided as described in the applicable proposal. We do not guarantee specific commercial results such as views, reach, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
