This policy explains what personal information microdrama collects through microdra.ma, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
Contact details you submit yourself - name, email, phone, company, and the content of your message or project brief. Order information such as the package chosen, amounts, and payment status. Files you upload as part of a brief. Basic technical data such as language preference and anonymous usage statistics.
Why we use it
To reply to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support the services you ordered, process payments, send service-related updates, and - if you opted in - occasional updates about our work.
Service providers
We use third-party processors to run the service: cloud hosting and database storage for form submissions and orders, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and an email provider for notifications. Payment card details are handled by the payment providers - we never see or store them.
Retention
We keep inquiry and project data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing messages, by emailing hello@microdra.ma. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores small items in your browser, such as your language choice and whether you have already seen a popup. No advertising profiles are built from them.
